This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, the Leaner For Life website.
Description of Goods & Fulfillment Policy
Leaner For Life sells primarily digital products. When you purchase products from our site, they're made available to you right away online. Nothing will be shipped to you, nor will you need to wait to access your content, programs, and products.
If you have any problems accessing your purchases, simply email our support team at [email protected] and we'll help you promptly.
(If you don't receive an email confirmation after your purchase, make sure to check your spam folders as well. Sometimes, since purchase confirmations are automated emails, spam filters can pick them up by mistake.)
All prices for products and programs listed on our website are in USD (United States Dollar). Purchases can be made outside of the United States, but pricing on our site is based on USD.
We have a 30-day refund policy on all of our products. If you're unsatisfied with any purchase made on our site for any of our products or programs, simply email our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
For purchases made for our monthly Leaner For Life Academy, we offer a full refund on your initial monthly fee (your first purchase when joining the membership). Refunds on monthly Academy renewals are only eligible for the previous month's charge (meaning, if you're a member for 3 months and choose to cancel and refund your account, only the last month's charge will be refunded).
You may request to pause or cancel your membership at any time by emailing our support team at [email protected] (submit your request to pause or cancel your account at least 24 hours in advance of your account renewal to avoid additional charges).
